Processing time All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Shipping times

• Portugal: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs and import duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
